Investment Opportunities
Solar Power Farms PV Lwówek Śląski 1 and 2 – 1.63 MW Total Capacity
Investment
We present a unique opportunity to invest in two solar parks, PV Lwówek Śląski 1 and 2, located in the Lower Silesia region of Poland. The project includes the construction of two farms with a combined capacity of 1.63 MW AC, expected to generate 1,7 MWh annually (fixed installation) and up to 2,0 MWh using solar trackers.
The total price for acquiring 100% shares in this project is 7.3 million PLN (net).
Key Project Features
- PV Lwówek Śląski 1: 0.95 MW
- PV Lwówek Śląski 2: 0.68 MW
- Total annual production: 1.7 MWh (fixed) and up to 2.0 MWh (with trackers)
- Solar radiation level: 962 kWh/m², one of the best in Poland
- Land plot: 2.64 ha, leased for 30 years starting from 2024
- Grid connection: 30 meters from the connection point

Additional information
Location and Strategic Advantages
The project is located 40 km west of Legnica and 20 km north of Zielona Góra, in one of Poland’s most optimal regions for solar energy. The area benefits from a solar radiation level of 962 kWh/m², which is among the highest in Poland, ensuring maximum energy generation potential.
The project offers a DC/AC ratio of 1:1.25 for increased energy yield. Additionally, it is eligible for a 15-year Feed-in Tariff (FIT), providing long-term revenue security.
Two building permits (no. 170/2021 & 171/2021) are secured, allowing for the realization of two independent projects. You can see the plan of one of the projects below.
Timeline
- Construction Start: August 31, 2024
- Construction Completion: February 21, 2025
- Operational Launch: April 30, 2025
Financial Overview
The transaction involves the sale of 100% of the shares in the special purpose vehicle (SPV) managing the project.
The net price for the acquisition is 7.3 million PLN.
Conclusion
Investing in PV Lwówek Śląski 1 and 2 presents a solid opportunity to enter Poland’s growing solar energy sector. With high projected energy output, low operational costs, and a strategic location with excellent solar radiation, this project is well-positioned for long-term investment success.
